St Matthias Church, Paddington

Concept

The full project scope included internal and external painting of the heritage house and the treatment of lead-based paint to timber elements.

We implemented a site safety plan for lead paint remediation, accessing the building via scaffolding and an EWP.

St Matthias Church is a long-standing client, and they required the completion of this makeover before new tenants moved in to ensure a fresh and safe environment for their residents while serving the church.
