About Dukes

Henk and Jeanette Dukino founded the original business, Henk J Dukino Painters and Decorators, in 1958. Over 36 years, they established a reputation for quality work and customer service, leading them to become one of the largest and most respected painting companies in NSW.

In 1994, they passed the reins to their son Peter, a civil engineer, who later rebranded it to Dukes. The business continued to thrive, completing work on some of the most notable landmarks in Australia and some of the most prestigious properties in the state.

Peter served as both President of the Master Painters Association and Manager of the apprenticeship program, with a strong focus on training young Australians.
