Dukes delivered a $400K+ full-site exterior transformation for Rosehill Goodman, including repainting large industrial structures and rebranding with new corporate colours. All works were completed in a live operational setting with zero disruption to tenants.
Project Scope & Objectives
The project involved cleaning, repairing and repainting several large building exteriors, while also supporting a major update to the site’s corporate identity. Working closely with Goodman’s design team, Dukes applied the newly specified corporate colours and installed updated signage to create a cohesive, modern look aligned with the client’s branding.
Resetting long-term maintenance was a key objective. By addressing underlying wear and tear, Dukes delivered a significantly improved asset condition, setting the property up for more efficient and cost-effective maintenance into the future.
Minimising disruption to tenants was also a priority. Through careful planning and scheduling, works were carried out with safety as the top priority and in full compliance with site management standards.

Dukes worked closely with Goodman’s site team to plan works around tenant activities, using clear scheduling and proactive communication to minimise disruption and keep the site operational.
A detailed program of works was shared with the client and tenants before commencement, supported by daily onsite communication managed by our foreman.ith no complaints reported.
