Dukes undertook a refurbishment project at Phillip St Sydney Justice Department Building, remaining in accordance with its heritage colours.
Concept
The full project scope included commercial painting, remedial building repairs and lead paint remediation.
We stripped lead paint from the external ground floor surfaces, removed lead paint from the windows, upgraded the appearance of the painted elements on the ground floor and then completed necessary repairs before repainting.
We executed this project with extreme care to ensure the building remained safely operational for all stakeholders throughout the process.
