Paul Leonardo

Having worked in the commercial painting industry for 15 years, Paul brings extensive experience as our Operations Manager.

Paul holds multiple qualifications, including ACRA concrete repair and protection, EWP High-Risk Work and Master Builders Waterproofing, and his decision to pursue this career stems from a desire to better procedures and safety and produce quality results from end to end.

“In the years I’ve worked in commercial painting, I’ve seen the industry make significant progress when it comes to safety, fair contracting and quality training.”

Paul says the best thing about working for Dukes is the trust among the team and the business. Outside of commercial painting, Paul enjoys motocross, running and general fitness.
