Project value: $200K
Dukes carried out extensive commercial painting works at the National Archives building, a complex that had not seen repainting for decades.
The full project scope included repainting the external building and implementing a new colour scheme, resulting in a significant transformation.
There were some challenges, such as tricky high-access works. We used a combination of EWP and rope access for safety and to limit the impact on the building occupants.
Our client was pleased with the result and highly praised our team for its ability to work with minimal fuss.
