Remedial repairs and repainting

Dukes undertook comprehensive remedial repairs and repainting work for a building on Milray St in Lindfield, working directly for the owners corporation.
Concept
The full project scope included repairing all rendered surfaces, stitching brickwork, replacing failed joints and repainting with a protective coating.
We coordinated works to minimise the impact on residents, many of whom were elderly, and to ensure they could maintain mobility around the site. Additionally, we had to protect the beautiful gardens from scaffolding.
The client expressed delight with the end result. We currently implement an ongoing maintenance plan for the building and have painted two additional buildings on the street, thanks to recommendations following the project’s completion.
