Lauren Dukino

Part of the Dukes team for almost ten years, Lauren has a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety and extensive office management experience.

Lauren has worked across every significant administration function at Dukes and understands the business intimately. These days, Lauren oversees compliance, WHS & HR at Dukes. She also works closely with the operations team to ensure our projects are delivered safely and to the highest standard.

Since transitioning to a full-time role at Dukes in 2018, Lauren has become an integral part of the organisation and forms part of the leadership team.

Lauren says the best thing about working for Dukes is the team’s values.

When she’s not at work, Lauren goes on weekends away with friends or takes trips to the beach with her dogs.
