Dukes undertook commercial painting works at Hotel Urban, St Leonards, to refresh the appearance of the building.
Concept
The full project scope included external repainting of the hotel using rope access to lower the impact of the painting work on the building and its valued customers.
Simultaneously, contractors executed additional building works, and our team adjusted its schedule to coordinate with the hotel’s operation and other trades.
The customer expressed delight with the repaint outcome and praised our team for operating efficiently and unobtrusively.
