Concept

The full project scope included remedial building repairs such as reparation to timber surfaces and repainting the entire external common property.

Our objective was to restore the external common property, safeguarding the structural integrity of the buildings, thereby ensuring residents had structures they could take pride in.

We obtained access to the buildings by boom lift and scaffolding, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure safety of the residents and our team.
