Concept

The full project scope for internal works involved repainting common property hallways and foyers using low VOC paints to ensure that the smell of paint did not affect residents.

External works included remedial building repairs such as failed render and repainting the full exterior of the building.

The customer expressed delight with our superior finish, and there were no resident complaints. We used rope access to avoid scaffolding, for resident convenience and to protect the beautiful gardens. Internal work caused minimal disruption to residents’ lives, and we continue working at this facility.
