In 2019, Dukes completed a comprehensive commercial painting solution for Arden in St Leonards, a project that won a Master Painters Award.
Concept
The full project scope included external repainting with a protective coating and remedial building repairs such as render, cladding and concrete reparation, joint replacement and minor waterproofing.
A consulting engineer superintended the project, and required a high level of finish.
Before work commencement, the building underwent extensive repairs identified by the consulting engineer. Dukes installed swing stage scaffolding and utilised abseil to access the building.
